Craftsmanship meets dedication Careful harvesting and preparation

Quality begins on the plantation. Here we rely on the selective, manual harvesting of ripe coffee cherries. These are then either washed (wet processing) or sun-dried (dry processing). In both processes, the focus is on cleanliness, freshness and varietal purity.

After processing, the beans are shelled on site, sorted and checked for export quality. We regularly check samples throughout the entire supply chain. The green coffee is only shipped once it has been approved by our experts.
