Basic coffee

From the origin to the cup

How is a high-quality coffee made? What distinguishes Arabica beans from Robusta? In this seminar, you will learn about the entire value chain: from the cultivation height to processing methods and sensory analysis. The highlight is a professional cupping - a tasting of single-origin coffees in direct comparison.

Barista Basic

Espresso, milk foam & co.

This intensive one-day seminar is the perfect basis for anyone who wants to work professionally with portafilter machines. You will learn how to set the grinder and machine, the right grind, extraction techniques and the art of milk frothing. At the end, you will have mastered the most important processes - for consistently high quality in every cup.

For whom? Baristas, specialist staff, ambitious beginners

Included: creative recipe ideas for cocoa-based signature drinks - from classic to surprisingly different.

Our digital training courses offer you in-depth knowledge without the need to travel - ideal for teams at several locations or with a tight schedule.
