Our range consists of our house roast, No.1, which is a blend of beans from Brazil, Vietnam & Honduras/Peru. This blend is roasted delicately and slowly. The cup profile to expect is full-bodied, round & spicy, with a light sweetness.
Also in our range is a large variety of seasonal coffees from the worlds best growing regions. We have beans from Panama (No.80), Congo (No.880), Colombia (No.2), Costa Rica (no. 506) & Mexico (No. 1521) to name but a few. Each one of our speciality coffees is region and farm specific, resulting in taste profiles and mouth feels that all vary drastically.
Furthermore, we have started roasting the beans that grow in from our H.E.L.P. project from Santa Barbara - No.1866. H.E.L.P. provides coffee farmers with agricultural, ecological and sconomic knowledge of the cultivation of coffee with the aim of increasing productivity.
